Detailed design

Detailed design (DD) services use the initial design documents from the Schematic design phase and develop greater detail in relation to layouts of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, structural, and architectural details. Design elements are specified, including material types and location and size of windows and doors. The detailed design phase ran from 1st August 2011 to 24th February 2012.
