Tender

The Tender process involves the preparation and distribution of tender documents to potential contractors for pricing. When contractor bids have been received, the owner and architect evaluate the bids and select a winning bid. Negotiations in relation to price or project scope often then occur. The contract is awarded to the selected bidder with a formal letter of intent to allow construction to begin. The Tender process ran from 13th September to 26th October 2012.
