Summary

The retention and excavation works are a secondary construction element required to complete Excavation, retention and foundation works.

It consists of four parts:

• North
• South
• East
• West

North, South and East Retention & Excavation works comprise:

1. Construct capping beam
2. Excavate to 1st anchor level
3. Install 1st row anchors
4. Spray walls
5. Excavate to 2nd anchor level
6. Install 2nd row anchors
7. Spray walls
8. Final excavate & spray

West Retention & Excavation Works comprise:

1. Construct capping beam
2. Excavate to 1st anchor level
3. Install 1st row anchors
4. Spray walls
5. Excavate & spray
6. Final excavate & spray
